Participants of this workshop will learn techniques for creating simple yet effective illustrations. Artist and illustrator Danish Quapoor will provide insights, hacks and tips to make the most out of humble materials (such as pens and paper). During this workshop, participants will learn hand building techniques to create their own clay sculpture, functional ware or a combination of the two. Be inspired by everyday forms like vases, bowls and urns to create your own abstract clay vessel that plays with ideas of function and form. Participants will be guided through the principals of using clay, with the creative freedom to extend their own ideas in a casual, creative environment.
