In this workshop, Jacqui Pitman will be your coach and chief space-holder as you spend time together learning how to naturally support yourself through these feelings. After three years of chronic stress, making the scary decision to leave her corporate job and “the right things” behind, Jacqui had many lessons on her journey so far and is now here to support you through your own transition.
This workshop is for you if you’re currently feeling stuck, are constantly bombarded with your anxious thoughts and you would like support to move through this.
Participants will start with a cup of ceremonial grade cacao as we get to know each other, before deep diving in to overwhelm, how to naturally support yourself and harness your creativity.
You leave feeling like weight has lifted from your shoulders as you feel empowered with new choices for your future.

1.5 hour session: $50 pp.
